They should fit Yamaha XS850 Triple  with HITACHI HSC-34 carbs made 1980 and 1981. THEY WILL NOT FIT MIKUNI CARBS! These are definitely the best quality aftermarket replacement parts you can find on the market and they are petrol, ethanol and chemicals resistant. The diaphragm itself does not have separate part number and the corresponding Yamaha part number for the entire Diaphragm Assembly is 3J3-14940-00-00. So according to this number the diaphragms above should fit the following models:
