They should fit the models listed below made between 1984 and 1993 as soon as they have stock MIKUNI BS36 carbs. The diaphragm itself does not have separate part number, but the part number of the corresponding Yamaha Diaphragm Assembly is 50H-14940-00-00. So according to this part number the diaphragms above should fit the following models:
